We interviewed Joey about her photography experience and got some interesting answers!
1. How long have you been doing this?
7 years
2. What is your motivation to take pictures?
As cliche as it may sound, capturing moments that will be gone in a matter of seconds. Unlike digital photography, you have only one chance with film, and that is what keeps me going in my journey of photography.
3. Is there anything such as a perfect photograph?
There is. But the definition of perfect is different for every one. So there is, but there isn't.
4. Do you have a fb page or anything that people can view your photos
No. I have an Instagram page though:
5. How old are you. Where are you from.
Turning 22. Proud Malaysian!
6. Is there a theme to your photography or a special feeling that you try to capture?
I usually go for a gloomy, sad, dark mood.
7. What started you on your journey to take pictures?
I was in high school and I used to go to a site called Deviant Art to save some nice pictures to use as my wallpaper and then one day I thought... "Why don't I just take my own pictures and use them as wallpapers? Why use someone else's picture?" And that's how I started. Haha
