Taipei Expo Park
Yuanshan is most famous for its Expo Park which often hosts family-friendly outdoor events, usually involving vendors and loud music, but it also hosts a small lantern festival every Chinese New Year.
This park is fairly big, and great for biking, especially since there is a YouBike stop right by the station. At night, you can even go clubbing! Triangle is a popular night club for students and young adults with inexpensive entry and a mix of great music ranging from Trance to Dancehall!
Taipei Fine Arts Museum
Nearby, you can see the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Taipei's first modern art museum with over 4000 pieces of art. THe collection includes work from the 19th and 20th centuries.
